Tuition Reimbursement

At Sunrise, we recognize the importance of continuing education. The Tuition Reimbursement Program offers financial assistance for team members who wish to take accredited university or technical level courses to further enhance their Sunrise career-related skills by pursuing degrees at accredited universities or technical schools. Team members are eligible for reimbursement after their first three months of service up to a set amount based on tenure. Team members who are enrolled in RN/LPN License Programs are also eligible for reimbursement, and nursing degrees have additional reimbursement. 

Many of our team members through our educational partnerships are able to pursue a full caregiver certification or nursing degree at no cost!
